The Foresica standard

The platform of defensibility for immigration evaluations.

Foresica is not a general-purpose AI writer that happens to support immigration. It is built around the clinical, documentary, attorney, and delivery workflow of an immigration psychological evaluation.

The goal is not to manufacture certainty. It is to make the work reviewable: what the record says, what requires clinical judgment, what needs more documentation, and what exact report was ultimately signed.

What the work demands

A defensible report is more than a generated document.

It is a clinical document whose sources, decisions, limits, signature, and delivery path can be accounted for.

The record has to stay coherent

Names, dates, countries, relationships, case type, and records reviewed must agree before a report carries your name.

Clinical claims need a basis

A score, symptom, diagnosis, or functional limitation cannot simply sound persuasive. It needs an accountable source in the case record.

The clinical and legal lanes differ

Immigration reports need rigorous clinical reasoning without crossing into credibility findings or legal conclusions.

Delivery is part of defensibility

The report must be signed, verifiable, and delivered to counsel through a controlled path — not passed around in an email thread.

Evidence trail

Drafting that shows its basis.

Foresica makes a proposed sentence, its source material, and the clinician’s next decision visible in the same review flow.

Proposed report language

“The evaluation record documents symptoms and functional concerns that the clinician reviews in relation to the interview, available records, and recorded measures.”

Source: session materialSource: document recordMeasure recorded

Clinician review

The clinician can edit the wording, request more documentation, connect the sentence to a stronger basis, or reject it. Foresica does not make the final clinical conclusion.

Edit in contextDocument a rationaleHold for evidence

The example is illustrative only. It is not diagnostic language, a clinical recommendation, or a legal opinion.

A source link is not a substitute for judgment. It is the record that lets a clinician explain how the judgment was reached.

One report. Five jobs. One workflow.

From first contact to counsel delivery.

Each stage makes clear what the platform handles and where clinical responsibility remains with the evaluator.

01

Practice

Capture the case

Bring intake, source documents, session material, and structured assessments into one case record.

02

Clinician

Confirm what is known

Establish the Golden Record for verified case details, case type, and meaningful dates.

03

Foresica

Build the evaluation

Draft structured sections in your forensic voice, with evidence anchored in the real record.

04

Clinician

Resolve defensibility issues

Review source gaps, scope-sensitive language, consistency issues, and documented next actions.

05

Attorney

Sign and deliver securely

Freeze the exact report you approved and share it with counsel through a controlled attorney portal.

The same case record supports the draft, review trail, signed report, and controlled delivery path.

The complete case record

Your work does not end when the draft is done.

Foresica connects the clinical work, the report record, and the delivery path to counsel without forcing a team to stitch together separate tools.

Telehealth in the same record

Sessions, live transcription, clinician notes, and follow-up actions stay connected to the evaluation they support.

Drafting that remains yours

Foresica can propose structure and language; the clinician reviews, edits, accepts, and signs every material conclusion.

Assessments with accountable scores

Structured instruments use server-owned scoring and clear bands, while the clinician retains judgment over their clinical meaning.

Evidence that can be traced

Findings and draft language stay connected to the session material or document evidence that supports them.

A report that can be verified

REB-Sign seals the approved report with a fingerprint, verification ID, signer attribution, and access-aware audit trail.

A secure path to counsel

Give attorneys a controlled portal for signed reports and intentionally shared documents, with expiration, revocation, and activity visibility.

Forensic QA, made accountable

QA that respects the boundary of clinical judgment.

Foresica can identify questions for review, show their source context, and keep unresolved issues visible. It does not determine credibility, legal strategy, or the final clinical conclusion.

  • Identity, timeline, country, relationship, and case-type consistency
  • Clinical claims that need stronger source support before a clinician can stand behind them
  • Instrument scores and severity language that must agree with documented responses
  • Diagnostic, symptom, treatment, and functional-impact consistency across the record
  • Immigration-forensic scope: clinical findings stay distinct from legal conclusions and credibility determinations
  • Missing clinical evidence, documented limitations, and concrete next actions for the evaluator
  • Source-aware rewriting suggestions — proposed for review, never applied as clinical fact

What remains with the clinician

Judgment is not a checkbox.

  • Diagnostic formulation and the interpretation of clinical material
  • Validity determinations and how limitations should be described
  • Credibility and legal conclusions, which are not Foresica’s role
  • The decision to sign, release, or hold a report

Practice controls & data handling

Trust is a record, not a badge.

Immigration evaluations carry clinical, legal, and personal records. Foresica gives practices a concrete way to review access, delivery activity, signatures, and data-handling questions in the same operating environment.

Security and BAA documentation are addressed during practice onboarding so your organization can review the current scope with the right people. The public security page and disclosure address are at /security.

  • Practice-scoped access, roles, and case-level permissions
  • Encrypted transport and protected clinical records
  • Case access and delivery activity that can be audited
  • Tamper-evident report signatures and verification records
  • BAA documentation available during practice onboarding
  • Human clinical review before every signed report

Built inside the work

A platform shaped by immigration evaluation practice.

Foresica grew inside REB Human Services, where Ryan E. Bates, M.Ed., LMHC, and Farrah Boyd have been developing immigration psychological evaluation workflows since 2021.

The product standard is simple: preserve the source, keep clinical judgment with the clinician, record the signature decision, and create a controlled handoff to counsel.

Start with the work in front of you

A complete platform, without a fragmented workflow.

Choose the access model that fits your practice, whether you are beginning with one evaluation or creating shared capacity for a team.

Practice onboarding · Report capacity · Team access

Foresica consolidates the workflow around the evaluation itself: intake, evidence, drafting, quality review, signature, and controlled attorney delivery.

Access

$99 per report. The whole report.

Review-only tools charge $39–49 to check a report you already spent 10–20 hours writing. Foresica is the 10–20 hours.

Every Foresica report includes the four phases:

Evidence — live session capture, transcription per speaker, instruments scored by rules, never by AI.

Draft — Smart Draft composes in your clinical voice; every factual sentence carries its source: quote, timestamp, session.

Review — clinical language check, case-type protocol, defensibility; proposed as tracked changes you accept or reject.

Sign — seal with a hash-chained chain of custody; share with counsel in one click; verifiable by anyone, readable by no one else.

Reports never expire.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who is Foresica for?+

Foresica is purpose-built for clinicians and practices conducting immigration psychological evaluations, from solo evaluators to multi-clinician organizations.

Does Foresica replace the clinician's judgment?+

No. Foresica drafts each section with every finding tied to its basis in the record; the licensed clinician reviews, edits, and signs. Clinical judgment always stays with the clinician, and the output is built for structured human review — never automatic filing.

How do security and BAA documentation work?+

Foresica provides technical safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, audit visibility, and protected report delivery. BAA documentation is available during practice onboarding. Each practice remains responsible for its own policies, configuration, and applicable agreements. The public security page is at /security.

How does Foresica use AI safely?+

Foresica proposes a structured draft based on the material in the case record. It does not replace the clinician’s judgment, automatically sign a report, or turn an inference into a clinical fact. You review, edit, and sign every report.

Are REB-Sign electronic signatures legally valid?+

REB-Sign is built around U.S. e-signature law — the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA. When you sign, it captures your intent to sign, your consent to sign electronically, attribution to your authenticated account, a tamper-evident fingerprint of the exact report, and a timestamped audit entry. As with any electronic signature, ultimate admissibility in a given proceeding is determined by the court and your counsel.
