Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Foresica and Foresica (together, the “Service”), operated by REB Human Services (“Foresica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is intended for licensed mental health clinicians and the professionals who support their forensic evaluation work. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a practice or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. What Foresica is — and is not
Foresica is a Clinical Operating System that helps clinicians run forensic mental health evaluations: intake, evidence-anchored drafting with Foresica, structured quality checks, delivery, and tamper-evident e-signatures. Foresica prepares drafts and surfaces issues for your review; it does not practice medicine, provide clinical or legal advice, or make clinical determinations.
Every draft, finding, and report is subject to your independent professional review. The licensed clinician remains solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and clinical and legal judgment reflected in any evaluation or report produced with the Service.
3. Free trial, purchases, billing & refunds
An eligible new practice may start one fourteen (14)-day free trial. The trial includes one complete report credit, which is applied when the practice first electronically signs a report. We require a payment card to verify identity and prevent misuse; we do not automatically charge the card at the end of the trial.
Free trials are limited to one per practice and may not be transferred, combined, or repeated through another account, email address, or payment method. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke a trial if we reasonably believe it has been used in violation of these Terms.
Foresica is sold as one-time report packs — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no monthly fee. You purchase a pack of report credits, and each credit covers one complete evaluation. Credits do not expire; you may use them at any time after purchase.
15-day refund window. If you are not satisfied, contact us within fifteen (15) days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price for any unused credits. To be eligible, the refund request must be made within the 15-day window. Credits that have already been applied to a completed evaluation are non-refundable.
Outside the 15-day refund window, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pack prices are subject to change; credits already purchased are honored at the price paid and are unaffected by any future price change.
4. Report credits, fees & signatures
Each report credit covers one case, counted at the case's first electronic signature. Re-signing the same case's report after an edit does not consume an additional credit.
Electronic signatures are tamper-evident by design: editing a report's content after it has been signed invalidates the existing signature, and the report must be reviewed and signed again. This behavior preserves the evidentiary integrity of reports submitted in U.S. immigration proceedings (including to USCIS and the immigration courts). You are solely responsible for edits made to signed reports; Foresica is not liable for signatures invalidated by you or your team, and invalidating a signature does not consume or refund credits.
Fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.
5. Your data and your clients' data
You retain ownership of the case, client, and clinical information you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where the Service is used to process protected health information, the parties will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which governs the handling of that information and supplements these Terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required client authorizations to submit Customer Data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of professional, ethical, or licensing obligations; (b) upload data you are not authorized to share; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or (e) rely on Foresica output as a substitute for your own professional judgment.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, messaging, email delivery, and AI-assisted drafting. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Foresica and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you hold active report credits. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including billing, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Foresica output will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foresica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foresica from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which REB Human Services maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in that State will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
